University Area Rentals

Furnished apartments and small houses near Chiang Mai University and the Suthep area, available for stays of one to three months. This neighbourhood combines the intellectual energy of a university town with the calm of Suthep's tree-lined streets and proximity to Doi Suthep mountain.

Properties are selected for quiet settings, reliable internet, and walking-distance access to cafes, bookshops, and local dining. Suited for visiting academics, students on exchange, or remote professionals seeking an inspiring setting.

Rooted Home Search

฿16,000 one-time fee

A thoughtful search service for tenants planning to settle in Chiang Mai for six months or more. Named for the idea of putting down roots, the process takes time to understand what stability means to you — whether that is a garden, a familiar walk to the market, or a landlord who treats you like a neighbour.

Properties are recommended with that depth of consideration. Viewings are accompanied with candid notes. Lease review and settling support are included in the fee.

Steady Growth Retainer

Monthly tenancy support that grows with your needs. Initial months focus on establishing routines — connecting you with service providers, setting up communication channels with your landlord, and handling any teething issues. As the tenancy matures, the service shifts to periodic check-ins and on-demand assistance.

Bilingual support and monthly progress notes keep you informed and comfortable throughout.
